ZAMBOANGA CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Workers Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. on Friday cautioned troopers in opposition to taking part in any destabilization plot in opposition to the federal government.
